All week long, beginning Monday, Oct. 21st thru Saturday, Oct. 26th, SUNY Oneonta athletes will hold their annual Leaf Raking Community Service Event.  Times for raking will be determined on the schedule of the teams who have volunteered to participate.

Members of the SUNY Oneonta baseball, softball, men's basketball, women's basketball and cross country/track & field teams will rake leaves, free of charge, for elderly residents and others who need assistance in Oneonta and surrounding communities.

Residents do not have to be home to have their lawns raked, but they must sign up ahead of time. To sign up, call Associate Athletics Director, Brian Jester at 436-2317 and provide your name, a phone number where you can be reached and the approximate size of the lawn.
