The SUNY Oneonta wrestling team opened its home schedule today by hosting the North East Duals.  The Red Dragons competed against nationally ranked Johnson & Wales and WPI and came up on the short end in both dual matches. The Red Dragons lost 34-13 to Johnson & Wales and 25-12 to WPI.

Seniors Shaun Gillen (Bohemia/Connetquot) and Anthony Marino (Nesconset/Sachem North), junior Richard Dennison (Port Jervis, NY/Minisink Valley) and freshmen Matthew Doty (Bayport/Bayport-Bluepoint High School), Ryan Marszal (Unadilla/Unatego) and Thomas Marrone (Pleasantville/Pleasantville) each recorded wins for the Red Dragons on the day.  Doty's victory came via a pinfall against Jonah Aurelio of Johnson & Wales.
