WORD of the WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE - Instruction Page
Thanks for registering for the Word of the Week Fitness Challenge. The word of the week is listed below along with the link to the exercise videos demonstrating each letter.
Reminder, you will have all week to complete the challenge. We ask that you post a photo/video of yourself doing your Workout and post to your Twitter and Instagram account using the hashtag
#RedDragonFit and we will share. Wear
RED and Oneonta gear when you can! We invite you to challenge your friends!
Each challenge will count towards your Virtual Engagement Prize on Campus Connection.
Here are some guidelines to help you achieve your fitness goals
Novice - Aim to complete 20 seconds worth of each exercise (Novice: Excited to begin your fitness journey! (exercise is new for you and that's awesome)
Intermediate - Aim to complete 40 seconds worth of each exercise (Intermediate: Look at you workin' on yourself! (You try to get some fitness in each week, but you want to do more)
Advanced - Aim to complete 60 seconds worth of each exercise (Advanced: Challenge yourself! (you know the drill! now work on your form & try to get in some more reps!)
